Comprehensive coordination of complex product development—embedded and non-embedded—across the entire lifecycle, working closely with customer, hardware, software, safety, testing, and manufacturing teams.

  • Management of all key Systems Engineering activities:

  • Safety Engineering:

    • PSSA - Preliminary System Safety Analysis, including FTA (Fault tree analysis).

    • SSA - System Safety Analysis, including FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).

Requirements Engineering

End-to-end support for capturing, structuring, and validating requirements to ensure a clear, consistent, and traceable foundation for system development.

  • Requirement Elicitation

    • Leading discussions and workshops with internal and external stakeholders to uncover needs, expectations, and constraints.

  • Requirements Analysis and Decomposition

    • Transforming stakeholder requirements into well-defined system requirements, ensuring completeness, feasibility, and alignment with project objectives.

  • Requirements Documentation

    • Creation of technical specifications using both document-based and model-based approaches, including full requirements traceability across system levels.

  • Requirements Validation

    • Ensuring that requirements accurately reflect stakeholder intent and are testable, achievable, and aligned with regulatory and technical constraints.

  • IBM Rationale DOORs

    • Implementation and configuration of requirement modules, including traceability structures, link rules, and module interconnections for robust requirements management.

System / Solution Architecture

  • Business Architecture

    • Development of value streams, workflows, and business processes that define how the organization delivers value and operates effectively.

  • Data Architecture:

    • Specification of data flows, data models, and data structures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficient information exchange across systems.

  • Application Architecture

    • Selection, configuration, and integration of applications such as Polarion, AWS, Azure, MS SQL, TIBCO, FME, Jira, and Salesforce. Definition of system interfaces and interoperability requirements (e.g., REST and SOAP APIs).

  • Technology Architecture

    • Design of physical deployment environments, including clustering strategies, runtime infrastructure, and performance considerations.

  • Security Architecture

    • Definition of security controls and best practices, including encryption methods, input validation, defense-in-depth strategies, zoning, and secure communication principles.

V&V (Verification & Validation) / Testing

Comprehensive support for planning, executing, and documenting verification and validation activities to ensure that systems meet all functional, technical, and regulatory expectations.

  • V&V Strategy Design

    • Definition of verification and validation approaches, methods, environments, and acceptance criteria across the entire system lifecycle.

  • Test Case Development

    • Creation of clear, structured, and traceable test cases covering functional, performance, and integration aspects.

  • FAT & SAT Execution

    • Preparation, coordination, and execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), including documentation, issue tracking, and reporting.

  • Requirements Traceability

    • Establishment of full bidirectional traceability between test cases, system requirements, and stakeholder requirements to ensure coverage and compliance.

System Modelling & MBSE

Development of model-based representations to improve system understanding, consistency, and communication across teams. Expertise in SysML, UML, ArchiMate, BPMN, and simulation modelling for end-to-end system design.

    • Preparation and coordination of change adoption activities, including stakeholder communication, process documentation, user guidance, and training material when required.

    • Establishment of process KPIs, monitoring structures, and continuous improvement loops to ensure long-term efficiency and compliance with business goals.
